Edition":

The Ftp Site Information(Ftp Server Address,Username
and Password) can be encrypted for security reason,because
anyone can view the HTML Source Code of a web page
in web browser.

Developer License" can't be use
in vs.net application;If it is to be
used in vs.net application,you should
choose "Unlimited Developer License". |

License" to use the licensed activex
in other computer.

ActiveX Control,can't be changed by

Each
IP address is one website;
Each main domain name is a one
website too.
for example:
www.name.com,111.name.com,222.name.com,.....NNN.name.com
are regarded as one website,
but www.name.com,www.othername.com
are regarded as two websites.
If a Website License is granted
to a main domain, the Licensed
ActiveX Control not only can be
used in the main domain, but also
can be used in the subdomains
of the main domain.
For example, if a Website License
is granted to "http://www.mydomain.com",
the Licensed ActiveX can be used
in "www.mydomain.com","abc.mydomain.com","xxx.mydomain.com"

provide a "Encryption Tool" to
you for encrypting ftp site information.
For example the actual FTP Server Address,Username,Password
are "www.easewe.com","easewe","example",
after encrypted by "Encryption Tool"
them will be separately converted to "BJJLBBJKEGCBJHFBLBJABKEGSJJDBBKBAJ", "JLBBJGHFBAEGJDKBAJ", "RIUPFSFDOUJFDSFDS";
Then set the ciphertext to the property
of the ActiveX Control,such as:

Because web pages can be easily downloaded to local computer,any user can view the HTML Source Code of a page,
there are many potential dangerous when the activex control is used in web client.
However, you can enhance the security of your server by following way.
1.You can encrypt
your ftp login information to prevent it from
leaking out.(see How to encrypt?)
2.You can restrict the activex control can only be used in your websites
to prevent users
from downloading the activex control to local
computer and uploading dangerous files to
your server. |
